This Terms of Service and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Client" or "User") and Elite Essentials Consulting LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our digital Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED
Elite Essentials Consulting provides downloadable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals, templates, and consulting resources tailored for lash business owners, brow business owners, and esthetician school owners. These include:
* Daily Studio Operations & Guest Experience Manual
* Risk Management & Service Safeguards Manual
* Team Onboarding, Culture, & Performance Manual

2. NO LEGAL OR MEDICAL ADVICE
* Operational Templates Only: All manuals, checklists, and templates are provided strictly as operational guardrails and educational resources to help streamline your business workflows.
* No Legal Protection Plans: Elite Essentials Consulting does not provide legal advice, legal counsel, or legally certified protection plans. Our intake and waiver frameworks do not guarantee protection against lawsuits. Clients are strongly advised to have a local attorney review all forms to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
* No Medical Authority: Our adverse reaction protocols are for general operational workflow purposes only. They do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE TO USE
* Proprietary Property: All content, manuals, checklists, text, graphics, and templates are the sole intellectual property of Elite Essentials Consulting.
* Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and print the manuals solely for your own internal business operations or school.
* Prohibited Use: You may not resell, copy, redistribute, share, lease, sub-license, or publicly display these manuals or templates to any third party, competitor, or other business entity.

4. PURCHASE TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
* No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Please review the product descriptions carefully before completing your transaction. *Payment Milestones and Work Delays: A non-refundable commencement deposit of 50% is required before project launch and workbook distribution. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon draft approval. Elite Essentials Consulting retains full ownership of all intellectual property, text, and manual drafts until the final balance is paid in full. No un-watermarked or editable master files will be released under any circumstances until your account shows a zero balance.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or complete freedom from operational risk or client complaints.
* Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Essentials Consulting and its solo owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, client lawsuits, allergic reactions occurring at your establishment, or business interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
* Local Compliance: You are entirely responsible for ensuring your business operations, sanitation standards, and team policies comply with your specific state board rules, local health departments, and labor laws.
* Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any download links or login access credentials provided to you.

7. AMENDMENTS AND GOVERNING LAW
* Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
* Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Elite Essentials Consulting is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
